Juan Pablo Delgado Miranda and Ernesto Barajas Páez, lawyers of the NGO AmicusDH of Mexico, who will participate on behalf of the LGBTI+ Litigators Network of the Americas. In the presentation, The lawyers will inform the Court of the aspects that the content and scope of the right to care must have from a differential perspective based on sexual orientation and gender identity and expression..
The Group of Lawyers for Sexual and Gender Diversity will also participate (GADvS), members of the network, who will let the Court know the differential approaches that have been identified from Brazil to the right to care.
