Regional consultation for adolescents on the American Convention on Human Rights
The LGBTI+ Litigators Network of the Americas invites all LGBTI+ organizations and groups, led by teenagers among 14 y 17 years or who work for the recognition, protection and guarantee of your rights, a promote their direct participation in this regional consultation promoted by the Inter-American Court for the construction of an American Convention for and by adolescents.
Within the framework of the challenges faced by the recognition of the rights of LGBTI+ people in the region, especially for those who are teenagers, We encourage the sharing of information about the importance of some topics such as the recognition of gender identity and sexual orientation of LGBTI+ adolescents.; your protection against discrimination and violence; as well as the defense of their sexual and reproductive rights, in defense of comprehensive sexual education in the Americas.
The deadline to participate expires on 31 October! We invite you to fill out the inquiry form and to share it with other organizations or adolescents who know.
